We are thrilled to be included in the new Flames of the Forest dessert menu. Head chef David has created this decadent masterpiece – toasted coconut panna cotta with caramelised pineapple served with wattleseed gelato (ours!) served atop chocolate soil. It’s great to see businesses like this sourcing home grown, local produce.

This week our master gelatiere Dave attended the 2017 Australia New Zealand Agent (ANZA) Workshops at the Cairns Convention Centre where he disctubted free samples of our mango and passionfruit sorbet. The event brought together over 480 educators, work & travel organisations, industry service providers and international agents representing 49 countries.
