IN THE HEART OF THE DAINTREE

One of the things that make the Daintree Ice Cream Company such a memorable place is its spectacular scenery.

Situated in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest, you can’t miss the magnificently diverse native flora and fauna.

Our Tropical Fruit Orchard contains over 15 species of rare and exotic fruit trees as well as dedicated revegetation and wildlife rehabilitation areas.

In keeping in harmony with our surrounds the orchard is organically farmed and we do our best to work with these natural systems.

OUR MISSION

We’re on a mission to make the best ice cream possible with only whole foods made from scratch and use our land holistically.

The Daintree is an ancient world full of natural wonders, and by working in harmony with our surrounds, we hope to contribute to a better understanding of rainforest ecosystems, preserve important habitats and act as stewards for its wildlife.

We use local produce wherever possible, including Tablelands milk and Jersey cream, weighing out each ingredient one by one.
